I am a female college student, and have lived here for a year now. The management has been nothing but prompt and helpful. I have called them to spray for bugs 2 or 3 times, and they always come within 2 days. Any repairs or maintenance requests you can place over the phone and they will do the work order for you and take care of it usually that day! Although I don't fear break-ins, the complex is so big that I am scared walking around at night. The gates work as they are supposed to, but the complex is so huge that there are ALWAYS people coming in and out, so they don't keep intruders out. But, now that I am looking at moving closer to school, all of the apartments more central are super small and super expensive. All the appliances and carpet and amenities are so nice here that I'm too spoiled. Overall, this is a nice complex, especially for students, but I would definately recommend paying for as many extra spots as you need close to your apartment. I live in a 3 bedroom, with only 2 parking spots, and sometimes the 3rd person has to park far away (and at night, it's scary!)
