I have lived here for a year and a half and have had BOTH of my vehicles broken into and my radios and other items stolen. After the most recent break-in, the management did not even follow up with me the next day to get any details, nor was a notice sent around to other residents to make them aware of the activity. This makes me wonder what other incidents have happened that we are not being told about. After talking with the management and telling them of my concerns, especially not feeling safe in the back parking lots, their solution for me was to lease a carport. How is that going to help'! They also told me that the same night another resident's tires were slashed and someone broke into the outgoing mailbox for the second time in a few months. They even stated that they can't send out notices every time something happens because they just don't have the time. How many incidents have occurred' I really like my apartment and the close proximity to pretty much anything you need, but my safety is of greater concern to me, I will be leaving at the end of this lease!

Alot of incidents occur there. When I lived there my truck was stolen, a car that was parked right across from a DPS vehicle had its rims stolen, my neighbors car had his window broken and radio stolen. This was one night. If you value your ride move! Oh, and you can count on not getting your deposit back. Every person I know that lived there when I did, never got their deposit back. We are talking professional working people not the partying college kids that leave the beer cans all over the common areas.

We also got our stereo stolen from our car, we heard of people trying to steal the mail from the mailboxes and we of course also did not get our deposit or pet fee back. We always paid our rent the first of the month and were professional people. We were treated like ----. They just want your money, nothing else.
