I love my actual apartment, but if you're looking for a social community, this place is not for you. Personally, I feel much more safe and secure than I did at my last apartment, and it's a big help that the entire complex is very dog-friendly.

During the summer, the college students can be annoying, and I don't really know of many families. I've heard of some car break-ins: people having radios and other things stolen, but the management always keeps me updated, and I haven't had a problem.

Speaking of - management deals with repairs extremely quickly. When I make a request, it is usually taken care of the next day or within the week. My biggest complaint is that management does treat their customers really nicely at first and as an inconvenience once you've moved in, but I've learned not to expect my deposit back anyway.

Pros: New apartments, great repair service, lots of carports in convenient locations.

Cons: There are a few guys sharing small apartments, and since they all have their own vehicles, it takes up the parking. Also, people leave their trash out the night before instead of taking it out in the morning, and animals leave garbage all over the curb some days.

To bad you can't use all of the facilities. I went by the office earlier today and discovered that the clubhouse is off limits for the tenant to reserve for a private social gathering. What kinda crap is that? Your paying a pretty penny to live here, yet you only get to use some of the facilities.... That sucks!!!!
