Pros.

Hot tub has lots of drunk people hitting on lots of drunk people.
Pool area is always a party! but why not party in a 4ft pool'
Water bill is shared with your water conscious neighbors.
Air conditioner never turns off so its always cold.
kids are always quite.
couples fighting is awesome and creates a nice relaxing mood.
rent is more then most mortgages but houses are for sucks.
staff never follows up with complaints or concerns, they are that confident that things fix themselves.
You don't get to see the unit you are going to rent before you rent it, so its a surprise.
they hired a dog to clean our apartment... did a good job, but left his hair everywhere.
amazing noises made by the pipes, sounds like a whale orgy.
the doors capture the heat of hell and protect you from intruders and can double as a George Foreman Lean mean blah grill.
people drive fast in the parking lot because they are important.
parking is never a problem since no body knows what those silly yellow lines on the parking lot are for. just put 'er anywhere.
people take material things you don't need from your car (radios, amps, speakers etc.)
garages are only $80 and you can only park your car in them!
You can watch what looks like the Top Gun volleyball scene and sounds like Trolls taking a dump poolside any day!
Dogs (and their owners) leave you treats everywhere!
Landscaping is highlighted by various Natty Lite and Beast cans hanging from tree limbs for months.
Half the people waiting to get into the gates don't live there... so you feel like Jesus when you open your gates to them.

Cons.
Not a damn one!

Seems like nothing has changed in the 3ys since I've left. Now I see why Alexan sold that property and took it's name off.

Very through buddy. The management will rip you off of every single dime they could get from you. I lost almost $1200 from non-rent related issues which they will not even show you evidence for being responsible. The contract has so many vague clauses which will make you pay for any single thing that one of them think they should charge you with and how much. Don't let the apearance of the place fool you. Not a good place to live in the long run. Had i known is always, at last. Now you know.
