Don't get fooled by the nice appearance, it is just that, appearance. I would never live here again. First, they are very nice in the beginning but after you sign the contract, they are very rude, like you are an inconvenience. They don't care about you, only your money and that's it.

There is only one guy at the office that is somewhat more friendly, but all the women seem to hate working there. Also, somebody broke into our car and stole our stereo. It is not a safe place. Other people also had their cars broken it, it is seems to be very common over there

And lastly, we never got our deposit back, although the place was so clean you could eat off the floor, we even had the carpet professionally cleaned, we did not see one cent of the money for the deposit or for the pet fee (we had a cat that never did any damage). I thought this would not happen to us, that we would get our money back, but I should have listened to the reviews here, they find all excuses to not give your money back

Other things happened to us but I am afraid of retaliation so I will keep it to myself.
To say something good, the maintenance was good, We had a problem and the guy came at the same day and fixed it. And he was friendly too (very rare here).
So, I would say, stay away from this place, you will regret if you sign a lease, run for the hills!

I have moved two people out of this property whom of which had their cars towed for no reason. I have also heard that parking here is a real issue. http://www.austinapartmentguy.com

Yep, the office staff are very conniving and can't be trusted. And one woman who works there is like death warmed over... the trash police. Look-out. I would never recommend someone to live there for these very reasons. My roommate got her car broken into.
