A decent apartment complex located in an awful neighborhood. Unfortunately, the criminals in the neighborhood are getting braver and braver. A car was stolen last month (and later recovered by the police) and today the management left a notice on everyone's door stating "This notice is to advise you a resident reported theft of electronics from their apartment and reported their sliding glass door appeared forced open." Rather than outline a plan to make the complex safer, the management has skirted their responsibility and advised renters in the abovementioned notice that "your security is your responsibility and that of the local law enforcement agencies." So basically they aren't interested in doing anything about the rise of crimes targeting its complex. They go so far as to recommend that "if you occasionally walk outside your apartment at night, consider walking with another person." With this in mind, I can't recommend these apartments (or any other apartments in this neighborhood). mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH

You left out the part where the notice said that every first floor apartment was going to get charley bar locks on their sliding glass doors. There's also a security guard that's been walking around at night.
