CRIME IS SUCH A SERIOUS PROBLEM HERE THAT YOU MUST NOT LIVE HERE. you will not be safe if you live here. In the summer the pool area resembles a prison yard with drug dealing and heavy drinking taking place by the pool and no attempt to stop it . Criminals have a free reign here BECAUSE MANAGERS HERE SIMPLY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE RESIDENTS . Never in my life have I met managers who are so imcompetent at dealing with day to day issues above all Safety and Crime issues. DO NOT LIVE HERE , DO NOT TRUST THE MANAGERS here , they will say anything to get you to sign a lease . You will be making a big mistake if you trust these people . As a matter of routine they will lie and cheat and deceive people when it is time for them to move out because they have had enough . I was attacked in the middle of the night by burglars who kept targeting the same area which was UNLIT FOR THREE MONTHS . Yes three months with no lighting outside our front door and this during a very severe crime wave . DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE , you will be making the biggest mistake of your life . If you try to complain you will find the managers very rude indeed , and in my case they called the Police when I tried to warn potential Future residents about the dangers they would face if they would make the mistake of living there . The only nice thing I can say is that the Maintainance guys are very decent chaps who would always try to be polite and do the best they can. But make no mistake the Mangers here only care about trying to Steal money from you and they are experts in the way they do this . DO NOT LIVE HERE , I PROMISE YOU WILL REGRET IT VERY MUCH IF YOU SIGN A LEASE AND DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE !! THEY ARE TO BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS
