I would not rent here at all. The ladies in the office don't care about you, only about themselves. There are numerous drug sales and addicts (like most of Texas) going on everywhere from the pool to the apartments across the hall. Why is it called valet trash when you have to take the trash to the curb'

I was never late one day and the women in the office looked at me like I was a criminal. What did I do to upset them' I have lived in many apartment complexes in different states. I always got along with the people in the office except for this complex.

The rent was outrageous. Given the economy, the rent should be in line with what people can afford instead of what the management can get away with. And if you move to another apartment within the same community, why should you have to apply all over again, just like you've never lived at RPA before, even if the rent is lower'

The experience I had was unbearable. The women in the office don't try to work with you at all, they are out to get more and more money out of you. These ladies don't have morals whatsoever.

The crime in the area rose 65% in one month...it's becoming very much like Miami, Florida. I left the area because my safety was at risk, being a single woman. The security officers don't do much to protect the complex. They moreless sit in their cars. Sometimes they patrol, but only in one small area. I really did not feel safe at all.
