The management is rude and unhelpful to my findings. They try to seem personal but don't really seem to care once they have your money. The rent is also too high for the quality. The apartments are nice but parking is difficult and they tow extremely easily. My walls also seem paper thin and I can hear my neighbors at all hours of the night. I believe that if I'm a good tenant then I should get something back in the service of the management. I liked this complex at first until I got a rude note on my door and now the problems outweigh the benefits.

Don't be fooled by the appearances and the promises of this place. Free brunch for residence every first saturday of the month, pool, gym etc., All not worth the pain and the financial loss in the long run. You will eventually pay for it. The management will rip you off for all of that and they are such a vicious pain to deal with. You will be paying for every single cost they incur in promoting this place. They will enter your apartments anytime at will. They know what goes on in your room without your knowledge because they have entered it illegally and fabricate stories about it. They have no respect for you after you move in into the apartment, but only your MONEY. There are no receptacles for trash and they will profit from you on this for sure. Almost all the people i know, moved out within their first year of renting this place. My friends did not renew as a result of the financial rip offs and ill treatment at the hand of management. If you report a problem about your apartment, they will only fix it whenever they wish. Do not respond to your needs at all. All you hear is that its been scheduled but only God knows when they show up. i reported a simple intermitent beeps from the fire/smoke detectors (battery failure) that was higher at my reach. - lived in 3rd floor. first i was told i have to buy my own battery and they will send someone to bring a laddar to fix it. I bought the battery that same day but it took them 2 weeks to respond. i fixed that myself eventually but the maintenance still left a work order note as if they fixed it in my absence. i couldn't wait for 2 weeks of beeping sound. This place is not safe either. Beware if you leave something in your car. Parking is a nightmare in the night. i lost my bicycle. The pool area is often a scene of strangers who do not even live in the apartment but still know the codes for entering it. I will not recommend this place to anyone, period. They spend a lot of money promoting it but that should also tell you how bad the place is. Good things sell themselves. The rating is low and so is the place.
