We love it here!!!

First off, the staff is great and friendly. I have been renting since I was 17 (now 28) and I have never lived anywhere where the leasing office stands outside the front gates to hand you breakfast as you drive in or out. Every month they do something special for their residents and are constantly trying to make the place look better (right now they're adding a sidewalk so you don't always have to walk on the grass in between buildings). When we first moved in they left little treats through all of the rooms and on Valentines and St. Patrick's Days they left little goodies outside our door. They always have cookies in the front office to eat while you are shooting pool and the office staff is always around to help you with something.

Our apartment is awesome with a huge kitchen. We love the hardwood flooring in the bathrooms and kitchen but we wish it would extend into the dining area because white carpet and a 5 year old just don't mix. Thank God for OxyClean!! They are quick about fixing any maintence problems too.

The only few things we dont' like is that the counter's in the kitchen scuff VERY easily, our neighbor's above us either weigh 500 lbs, are drunk all of the time, or just stomp when they walk because you can hear them all hours of the night walking. There are spiders EVERYWHERE...we're always killing baby spiders....we'll find the mamma one of these days!! There are a ton of kids out here yet no playground equipment for them to play on. There is plenty of land and open space for one but maybe one day soon. They waited until the middle of April to bring the pool up to code so now we will be without a pool for a month (and it has been up to 92 degrees already!!!) We have a 3 bedroom with 2 boys (ages 11 and 5) yet our water bill is almost $90 a month yet a friend in another building is only paying $40 amonth and they have a 3 bedroom with 3 people but also a washer and dryer. The utilities here are expensive. The front gates are broken from time to time, especially when someone takes it upon themselves to ram one (drunk night'), but they fix them in a timely manner. There is a police station right next door so we feel safe.

So there are some things that we dont' like but the good DEFINITELY outweighs the bad. We would 100% recommend someone living here!!
