Renaissance at North Bend

Gonna miss it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/26/2005 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005 1 response   This apartment complex, with all things considered, was excellent. The staff was always very friendly, and when they didn't know the answer to a question, they would work hard to find the answer. The maintenance is very quick to respond. Parking is better than most places, but many of the spots are quite small. The grounds are kept very, very well, which is something many other complexes could learn from. The one bad experience I had was when I moved out, I got hit with hefty fees for them replacing my carpet. I question whether replacing the carpet was necessary, but that's also a benefit when you move in, clean carpet. They really go the extra step to make you feel welcome. I've never gotten more free gifts, candy, baskets, whatever... from an apartment complex. Overall, I doubt I'll find a better all around complex for the same cost. Oh, and it is very nice having a small police station next door... never had any crime problems!
