Very Poor Apartments From: sjr456@hotmail.com Date posted: 3/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   My apartment was extremely loud. There were numerous parties that we called management about. Unfortunately they did nothing. The problem wasn't resolved until we started calling the police. One night there a fist fight between two guys in the grassy area near my apartment. Again we had to call the police to resolve. Parking is horrendous, unless you plan on paying for a garage or covered parking area. I personally never had my car broken into, but I did notice several cars broken into. One morning I saw at least three cars with smashed out windows. I did have a few maintenance issues. Several trips by the maintenance staff was required to fix one problem. The neighbor above us had a leak that ruined several items in our apartment. Overall it was a very unpleasant experience, and I would highly recommend looking elsewhere.
