I live here and I have never seen anything close to this happening! They gates always work too. Lies like this is whats hurt website because they have a rule of quite hours from 10pm til 8am and management is on call 24 hours a day. Also if you check the police activity on city of austin polic website non of calls have been for anything major or even frequent!

Holly, I live here NOW and you're full of ----. I have lived here for a year and a half. The gates are ALWAYS messed up! Yes, there are quite hours but people do not follow them, and 24 hour on call?? YEAH RIGHT!!! You get an answering machine and unless it's an emergency they don't come out. I suspect you work in the leasing office. I'm in the process of moving out right now and couldn't be happier. I can't tell you how many times I heard loud music all hours of the night. And me telling the office, and going to their apt. didn't seem to matter, because they STILL DO IT!! Now I don't know anything about police busting into an apt. But I do know of one case where a lady got her car broken into and another case where the police were called because some guy beat up his gf.
