It's ok. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/26/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006   Overall not bad, but make sure your phone and TV will work in your aparment. I am stuck in a place where I have to go outside to use my cell phone and my TV will barely pick up the free channels, because of our placement in the complex. Also, if you want to go month-to-month or have a shorter lease term after completing your initial lease, they will jack up the rent prices so high, it's almost impossible to stay. We pay $1059, but if we were to stay month-to-month, the rent price would be $1450!
