This is my second apartment and I am very pleased with it. There is no shuttle to UT, so it made it hard to commute. I lived in the 2-1 for $640 and it was wonderful. I loved all the space for the money. Well worth it. The maintenance has major problems though. The sprinkler main has been broken outside of my apartment for at least 7 months. The leasing agent, Michele, is so nice though. She is very kind and understanding. The pet deposit was a little hefty ($500), but can be paid in monthly installments. The neighbors are mostly older ones with kids, so not really a student place, but I do see some. The laundry facilities are the worst. They are dark, the washers don't have hot water and the dryers don't dry. But overall, good place for me.
