Negligent Management

Think twice before renting at Research Pointe. Management is negligent, they do not address maintenance issues until they put at risk the integrity of the entire building. Safety is terrible, your apartment can be robbed in day time, while you are at work and you will get practically zero assistance from the office. The apartments have alarm yes. But they do not work.
