I lived there quite while ago, but I couldn't help when I found this site. I just didn't move out there because of the contract. The place is terrible. When I moved in everythings was old. They didn't even cleaned the apartment. The carpet was black and damaged. I would say 20 years old. The tiles were brown and they were supposed to be white. The people who worked there didn't know how to fix anything. The kitchen wiring was terrible. Sparks would come out from all of them. The maintainance people would go there close the plugs say they would come back later and never show up again. Rouchs!!! the apartment was infested with them and I lived on the second floor. The AC broke and we spent the whole summer without one and the stupid manager said that the AC was feeling great and that it wasn't damaged. When I asked her to explain the 95 degree room temperature shown. She said bye and left. People will always park on you spot and the management does nothing about. Once again the place is terrible. Police is always around and people tried to get into my apartment while I was there. Noisy place as well.
