No, I don't work in the office. Yes, I'm a happy resident.
So here's what I have to say:
Great price for what you get. The complex is still very new, 9-foot ceilings, crown molding, black on black appliances (microwave included), washer/dryer included, clean grounds and pool... I could go on.
I've renewed my lease, I'm going on my 2nd year at The Reserve at Walnut Creek and I don't have any major complaints. Sure, the gate thing has been annoying, but the gates have been broken because residents have damaged them. It's not the office staff doing it, they're the ones writing the checks to have the gates fixed. I must live in a magic building on the property, because I don't have a problem with parking and I don't agree the complex is ghetto. Is it possible that the negative comments are from people that probably aren't such good residents, or folks that have caused themselves problems with the management'

I was of the understanding they fixed the security gates and it cost them $10,000 so they leave them open now as to not have them damaged again.
