The new management has absolutely no idea what they are doing, and will soon
lose their company a lot of money in a lawsuit!
I have never had so much
trouble with an apartment management company than I've had with The
Reserve's!!! Don't get me wrong, the apartments are decent and the area
is not horrible, but the crime has gone up with their reduced rents (bringing
the lower class residents) and the property is just not what it used to be. The
staff is horrible and has no personality (for the exception maintenance). The special that you recieve to move in is not worth it!

I believe this reviewers name says it all, for anyone to live at the Reserve knows that the statements he is making is not true. As for the lower class residents, the management is not the reason for the crime but the people that let others into the property without proper id.
