Staff - Sucks, they always try to rip you off, changing the days your rent is due and putting penalties when you did nothing wrong.
When i first moved in, microwave and dishwasher were broken, it took maintanance 3 weeks to come fix them.
Gates always broken!!! NO security!!!
Gym sucks, and only opens when the office is opened...and they dont open til 9:30 (what use is that to you if you work at 8)
This community is becoming a ghetto, cant wait to move!
Parking SUCKS!
If you work anywhere outsde Walnut Creek business part...it sucks...commute is a nightmare. Try Oakwood next door, they seem a lot better. Don't even go looking.

This guy is mad at himself. My friend lives near him. He vadalizes signs, is loud, throws wild parties, and curses at other residents. Dont take it out on us fellow tenants that your life has issues. Buy a magazine rack for all your issues.
