As soon as my lease is over I am moving because I hate the management. They give promises that they don't follow through on and whenever you need to talk to them they act like they are better than you and seems like they rather do something else than to actually manage this apartment! The staff is unbelievably rude and hates to assist their tenants. They know nothing about customer service and does not take fault for anything! When I first got my keys they gave me the wrong ones and I couldn't even get into my apt yet they still asked me to pay for the first day.

They say the apt is secure yet people's cars get broken into all the time. I don't see the patrol driving around at all and the gates are always open. The gate code has not changed since I moved in and it's 4 digits that are all the same!

Last week they put orange stickers on car windows threatning the tenants they will tow if they have expired stickers. They put STICKERS on the windows. Do you know how hard that's to take off'

The apts arn't bad except for the parking and it is too dark at night because they don't turn on all the lights. I would consider renewing my lease if the management is completely changed. I work with a lot of housing companies and realtors and I made sure to let them know about The Reserves.
