Im here to leave a review for the reserve at walnut creek and was shocked to hear the comment in the lat review! Maintenance has taken care of my only 2 issues fast and the office staff has never provided me any trouble. Parking a bit tight but not to bad. I took a look at "next door", I decided hands down to pass it up and come to this place.

I have a sneaking suspision though that you are lonely office staffer sitting at home with nothing to do graspin at straws trying to turn something into what its not. Admittedly though I very much prejudge 17-25 ------- american youths, I've never had my car broken into or been robbed at gunpoint by a group of girlscouts. If I had I would prejudge them too, and I did move away for that reason. But by no means am I racist, however I am predjudice against a specific demographic I have had bad experiences with. Stop coming off like an office staffer.

Imo no office staffer, but you are racist. If you let one isolated incident (probably fabricated) make you judge millions in a demographic, thats racist and sad. By the way if you are threatening me, let me know I can handle that as well. You wouldnt say anything to anyone face. Its easy for you to be a internet tough guy and say anything on here. Your ip and subsequent new location werent hard to find. Lets leave it at that. Also the fact that you left the reserve is a blessing. One less ignorant troublesome, vadelizing racist. Hooray.

:) I just have to smile at people like you, nothing but love for you. I was just wanting to hang out and have a few beers, to show you that I'm not nearly as bad as you are imagining I am. and sadly.. I wish my incidents were fabricated, unfortunately they were not. I wound up pistol whipped with stitches and my friends had his debit card racked up 2 grand within an hour. I now choose my environment carefully, if you have a daughter you will understand where you don't want her going- call me a racist if you choose. I will go on living, so you will you- I hope you make the most out of it. Appartment review notes are not the way to live a life, I sign off. And if you know where I live stop on by, I usually have liquor and beer so come with a happy attitude and you should leave in a pleasant mood. I don't see how you can think this is a threat, but if you imagine I am a racist I am sure you will come up with something.

First of all, please get the terminology correct! I am sick of people getting carried away with the term racist! A racist is a person who holds the belief that one race is inherently superior than others. It is another thing to be discriminatory. To discriminate means to distinguish by noting defferences, to make a clear distinction. It is so ignorant when people go off accusing others of being racist when they are in fact being discriminatory, which means to make distinctions. Let me be very distinct, I am sick of everyone who wants to be so PC that it is ridiculous and they can't even accept the quirks of those within their own culture. For example I am latina, half mexican and half columbian, a "beaner". I know that many of my dear people have 10 people living in one apartment, have 4 kids, will hide sandwiches and kool-aid in the diaper bag on the trip to sea world so they don't have to buy the park food. take carpooling to a whole new level, and if something says "free take one" we take 20 and have 5 cars that don't work in their driveway. O.K. this is just they most of us are, I am not lying, everyone in my family has done one of the above if not all of the above. I can accept it, it doesn't offend me. By no means are all --------- this way but I dare say there is a little of it in all of us. We are also hard working, funny, and like to party. Unfortunately many --------- choose not to pursue higher education. Which brings me to my preference. I prefer the company of educated people, whether it is self educated or college educated. People who can carry on a conversation and will work two jobs before they accept welfare. I DON'T like to be around ignorant, lazy, people who act stupid and enjoy acting stupid, no matter what race they are. Therefore I have many white friends, but I also have intelligent hispanic and black friends who don't act ghetto stupid and ignorant. My point is this every culture has their quirks and they all have their bottom feeders. Whites have trailer trash, ------ have ghetto people, --------- have mojados who can't understand that this isn't mexico and you can't drink and drive, and have sex with a minor. And all the races have those on gov't aid who are perfectly able bodied but are to lazy to work and suck the life out of the hard working class like leeches. Based upon your experiences with different people of different races you are entitled to your preferences, your own distinctions. However you should never hate, harm, abuse, or deprive anyone of human rights for any reason no matter what their color of skin. We are all God's children and we are all entitled to our own opinions, preferences, and tastes.
