I have not lived at this place and after reading the reviews, probably won't. I'm supposed to view an apartment this weekend and I will follow through on that just to see how they respond when I ask them about some of the topics mentioned on the message board. (The gym, dog park, etc.)

What I find interesting is that a couple of people have negative comments about the 'property next door'. Isn't that Oakwood Austin at Crosspark' What is it that people found bad about that place' They have several resident reviews and all of them are positive. Plus that apartment complex is built to condo specs which means less noise from neighbors. Atleast that's what they told me when I looked at a couple of apartments a few weeks ago. I know that they changed management recently. Sadly, it's the same company that manages the Reserve at W. Creek. I suspect that things will quickly go downhill at Oakwood since they obviously don't care about the Reserve. It's a sad shame.

If you know something about Oakwood at Crosspark that I don't, please share it.

How does Oakwood and Pinnacle pay you with cash or 30 net? Why write a review if you have never lived here. You irritate us real legitimate residents. Besides everyone knows Oakwood is full of crime and it bleeds over to the other properites nearby. If you have a pulse you can get in at Oakwood.

Yeah I agree and I have also done research and the two companies the own The Reserve and Oakwood
are 2 different companies based out of 2 different places. Also no apartment in austin is condo specs which is 16-18" of solid concrete between floors and walls except some downtown high rises. Nice try. Next time you go to do a review make sure you do your homework and no what your talik about. You must be an Oakwood employee. Sorry its so boring over there that all you can do is harass your competitors.
