I agree with the other review. They said everyone's rent was raised fifty dollars. I don't know if that is true. The walls have several cracks. They changed the late date from the 3rd to the 5th. Even if you have never been late with your rent, they still make you pay a late fee for your first time. Maybe it was my fault for listening to them when they said nothing changed but the fifty dollars. When other residents talked bad about them, I took up for them. Now I see how rude they can be. Once they get you to re-up they talk to you any type of way. I won't be renewing. I won't recommend this place either. Last year when I renewed I was supposed to get a free carpet cleaning. I never got it. I ended up paying out of my own pocket. I didn't complain about either.
