The appartment complex is in a great location with access to three major highways (I-35, 290, and 183) within less than 5 minutes. I have had no issues with safty there. The management SUCKED when we first moved in, but has since changed (they ditched the macho idiot)and is now run very well by a lady with prompt maintnance and willingness to accomodate. My husband is military and they have bent over backwards for us. The down side is that they were not built well and we have had a couple of water leaks and yes you can hear your neighbors. If you dont want to hear anyone, I suggest you get a third floor appartment. Overall the facility is nice and well kept. Oh and one more thing, I know they have nice aminities, but dont count on ever using them unless you are home during the day because the b-ball court, workout room, and computer area is only open during office hours. Talk about DUMB. There is no such thing as an evening workout.

I was pretty bummed when I found out the gym was only open during the day. Not everyone has a 9-5 job. Really stupid of them!
