I love it! Building 6 is the best! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 3/5/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I moved to Austin from Houston for work and found this apartment complex. I think it is very nice. Plus, it has a washer and dryer in the unit! I will admit there are cracks in the wall from the foundation but other than that it is a beautiful unit! I get so many compliments when I have visitors. I love the black appliances in the kitchen! I have plenty of parking. Of course if you take the time to view the grounds and choose a building that obviously has more parking available than others then you won't have a parking issue. I have never had a problem with the management. I called them on a Saturday to complain about noise from a neighbor and they came and spoke to my neighbor right away. Maintenance has always responded to any issues I have on the same day. I have lived here for two years and I def. recommend leasing here. *I am posting annonymous because my email tells my full name*
