I moved to Austin from Houston for work and found this apartment complex. I think it is very nice. Plus, it has a washer and dryer in the unit! I will admit there are cracks in the wall from the foundation but other than that it is a beautiful unit! I get so many compliments when I have visitors. I love the black appliances in the kitchen! I have plenty of parking. Of course if you take the time to view the grounds and choose a building that obviously has more parking available than others then you won't have a parking issue. I have never had a problem with the management. I called them on a Saturday to complain about noise from a neighbor and they came and spoke to my neighbor right away. Maintenance has always responded to any issues I have on the same day. I have lived here for two years and I def. recommend leasing here.

THIS PLACE SUCKS. THEY WERE HORRIBLE TO ME WHEN I MOVED OUT. I'M EMBARASSED THAT I EVER GAVE THEM A POSITIVE REVIEW.

Why don't you just ask your neighbor to turn it down? It's a Saturday. Do you work at nights? Do you work weekends? Telling management directly will only cause the neighbor to be pissed off at the person who doesn't even have the backbone or decency to talk directly to the offender. The offender might be reasonable and willing to accommodate your needs.

The cracks in the foundation were a huge problem for me. Fire ants continuously crawled in through those cracks.

wow! perhaps formal complaints should be in order and maybe they will change their way of doing business. I am going to vacate as soon as my lease ends at the beginning of next year. i hate the management office and their lack of customer service but have no real issue except bad service, but if I have any problems with them with phony charges I will make a formal complaint to the better business to which they must answer to. http://austin.bbb.org/ by the way- it's obvious that management is the one to reply with negative feelings against any reviews on this website as well as posting the amazing and excellent reviews- they should learn to take criticism and maybe be nicer to people's needs.
