I loved how roomy my apartment was! Building 10 was great. I never heard any noise from anyone and there was always enough parking. My neighbors in the building always said hi which was nice. I also loved that it was so close to 183 and I-35. The management, well that was a different story. I understand you need to come in and do inspections but not all the time. After awhile it just started getting irritating. They weren't very friendly or helpful to me if I ever had a problem. The pet stations never had baggies for when I walked my dog. I don't know why they even have them. If there was better management, I don't think this place would be so bad. I mean for the location and all.
