Dont ever believe in somebody and get into this hell.
Management charges dollars even to smile and say Hi to you.
Rude and helpless management. They doesnt know even to talk.

Apartment:
There will be no fun, no good eminities, no friendly people around.

Moving Out:
You will be cheated to the maximum if you live n this apartment,
They will charge you for anything and everything,
They will never offer any discounts or specials when you get into the apartment,
Policies they have are just rubbish.
For example:
If you need to transfer to a bigger apartment in the same building, you need to serve notice period completely, You need to pay a rubbish trasfer fee of 300$ and also you need to pay admin fee, application fee, deposit. then why the F*** they name it trasfer.

There is special feature called Ozone/food smell removing for the carpet, which they wil charge 100$ at the time of exit. they say how much ever you clean, how much ever u do steaming, shampooing to the carpet, still they can smell something out of the carpet...may be they get sniffing dogs to smell.

they will bother you for eevrything. they will never treat you as a tenent who pays and live in the apartment, they wil behave as if they have given the apartment for free..

Please dont feel that apartment rates are cheap...please explore, there are lot of apartments which are far better at specials and remarkably great

there may be a slight communication barrier here, but i agree with everything you're saying. the management is rude and finds ridiculous things to charge you for.
