When I logged on this site to write this review it actually surprised me to see that 1/5 of people actually recommend this place. The price of rent is too high for the quality of the units and the office staff is quite unpleasant to deal with. The parking is atrocious and the dumpsters are located up to a quarter mile away from many of the units.

The staff is somewhat incompetant and they pick on the smallest things.

I was threatened by a $50 cleaning charge for allowing my 3 year old to use sidewalk chalk on the isolated area near my back facing unit. Needless to say that this was not specified anywhere in the lease contract and they classified it under "Other: Defacing private property."

Save yourself the hassle and frustrations with paying these people to try and screw you further. I do not look forward to seeing what they try to charge me for when I move out.

If I was your neighbor, I wouldn't want to come home to writing all over the breezeway either. Maybe you should respect the area around your apartment, as you are not the only one that lives here.

Who would want to live by you, you have no respect for others. Who would want to come home to chalk on the sidewalk anyway.?? If your charged then that's your problem.

Yea,they was not wrong in this case. This place is pretty clean and to come home and some1 has written with chalk on the ground.WoW!! 1.That would have throwed me for a loop. 2.This is not the hood. 3.That would make me want to move out of this complex if that was ok. NO!NO!!NO!!!NO!!!! I work to hard to be subject to that.
