take it or leave it From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/14/2004 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004   I've lived here a couple of years and think I'm ready to go. Partly it's due to a need for more space, and partly due to declining service. It's getting worse and worse. First, the complex is no longer Amli. It was purchased by someone else and the lack of quality shows. The gates are ALWAYS broken, which is bad since security is one reason I moved here. Office staff has changed, and while some who stayed are nice, there are also some who are difficult to deal with. The noise level from neighbors is HORRIBLE, so if you live here, stay on the 3rd floor. I've gone through 3 sets of upstairs neighbors and they are all awful. Parties into the wee hours now above AND below me. This used to seem like a place for a mature professional crowd, but now seems to be filled with loud, drunk, college kids. NOT what I moved here for. P.S...don't pay a pet deposit. They will lose it, pretend like you never paid it, and expect you to do it again. On the bright side though, maintenance is really good and fast. Overall, not too bad, but not great either.
