they do what they can to get you in... and you must pay for a decent parking From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 9/18/2004 Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004   Most of the staff here is quite courteous and pleasant. I was just a bit disappointed with my move in. We were offered a great incentive to move in. We were supposedly going to receive a $300 discount on our first month's rent. That had a lot to do with us choosing this apartment over another. Immediately after we all signed the lease Flor informed us that we unfortunately would not get the $300.00 discount because the discount was only for one bedroom apartments. She apologized but she didn't make any attempt to speak to someone higher since she had already led us to believe we'd get the discount. I was disappointed because other than that she seemed really nice.
