Someone else mentioned that they didn't get the move in special they were promised once they signed the lease. I think it was the same girl. I don't want to make her feel bad but I think her name is spanish for flower. I'm starting to question how genuine the staff really is. They seem nice but they really don't care about any problems you bring to them. You have to pay $25 for a gate opener that never works, and they are cheap and break off your key chain--- so you end up losing them. If you come home after 8 pm you can plan on parking in Williamson County because parking is horrible. I think they made parking horrible on purpose so you would have to pay for covered parking. There's been a lot of complaints from residents here that they have outrageous electricity bills. I hardly ran my heater in the winter and my bill was nearly $200.00. They won't fix the window seals to improve electric efficiency. Did I mention--- Parking sucks'
Printer in computer lab never works. Don't count on using it if you don't have your own computer and printer.
