Well...When AMLI own this place it was very nice. It seems that everything is going down hill now. They have started renting to some very shady characters. Some of these guys look like they belong back on the block...not living upstairs from you. Music and parties all night long....trash outside of the stairs for weeks on end. The management does nothing about any of the problems...and pretends that when they paint the buildings everything will be great! My wife actually got harassed walking into our apartment the other day. This place just plain sux now!
