You'll be Sorry. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 2/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I have lived here for a year and my lease ends at the end of April. Over the course of a year my plumbing has malfunctioned, which I had to get a friend out here because I was tired of waiting 2 weeks of not using my kitchen. Also, my garbage disposal, dishwasher, the stupid section 8 people they are letting in here now. Oh and whats up with the gates! They don't even cover the entire apartment complex. The management staff not only are really stupid but care nothing about their residents. The manager is a complete dip and the assistant is so concerned with his own appearance....they have one leasing agent that is ok to deal with.. So if you want... rats, plumbing issues, HORRIBLE maintance, section 8 housing around you, your car being broken into, unsecured gates, horrible management, a chance in hell trying to find somewhere to park (and I have a garage that people park in front of and the office says "Hopefully they'll move soon"), and really high prices for slum, then please come live here.. It wasn't like this when I got here. Just be warned, it looks nice and feels nice but once youre in the office could care less about you. Do yourself a favor and just say NO!
