so-so From: rasberry Date posted: 3/6/2006 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2006 2 responses   We have lived here for 2 years. First, the good: loved the pool, very fun, social resort-like spot; huge apartment, vaulted ceilings, nice fireplace, garden tubs. No problems with appliances; we had a little trouble with the AC, but maintenance was always quick to respond and fix. Now, the bad: we were supposedly on a waiting list for a gate opener, for which we would have been charged extra, had our name ever come up, however, the gates never work, anyway, and our cars have been broken into 3 times in the 2 years we have lived here. When the car thieves hit, they hit at least 10 at a time. They break windows, and no one ever hears it. I also think it's wierd that you have to request to have your air filter changed.
