Nice apartment complex. Great location! From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/2/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006 1 response   I moved here sight unseen from Dallas on the recommendation of a friend who lived in Wells Branch. I worked with Maggi and Kendra by phone and they had everything taken care of for me. The day I moved in was effortless. The apartment was even nicer than the pictures I saw online. I like the location being convenient to both of Austin's major thoroughfares (IH-35 & Loop 1). So far I have been happy and have not experienced any of the problems that others have written about.
