Careful if you have a dog or stereo

I agree with what other residents wrote about having a dog here. Alot of people who live here are terrified of dogs and will complain against you even if you have a leash and pick up poop.

And beware if you have an aftermarket stereo. If you don't have a nice stereo in your car you're pretty safe, but otherwises, at least one car per week seems to get broken into.

I pay only about $100 more for a big 2 bed/2 bath than my friend pays for her 1 bed/ 1 bath at another complex. Pretty good deal.
