I have lived in this complex since it was AMLI. Almost 3 years and when it first started this was a great complex and nice neighborhood. It has steadily gone down hill from there. There is crime every day here and the management refuses to do anything about it. Not just minor crimes. I am talking about Break in's to apartments and vehicles. They never secure the gates so everyone from the bad neighborhood down the street just walks right in and takes whatever they like. There are people walking around at all hours of the day and night making noise and acting crazy. There has even been drunk college kids pulling Fire alarms at 3am. This place was once a great place but it Sucks so bad now. Please do not rent here. The other thing is that the rent out apartments to anyone. for very cheap. Then they jack the prices on the renewing residents expecting them to bare the load. What a joke of a management company!
