I LIVED THERE FOR 15 MO. AND IT SUCKED THE WHOLE TIME! 1ST OF ALL YOU CANT EVEN PUT ANYTHING ON YOUR BALCONY...IT IS YOUR SQ FOOTAGE AND YOU CANT USE IT! 2ND THE STAFF IN THE OFFICE ARE A BUNCH OF IDIOTS (EXCEPT ROBERT). THE GATES ARE ALWAYS BROKEN WHICH WORKS OUT SINCE THEY MAKE YOU PAY FOR A GATE OPENER(25$), THE TRASH IS ALWAYS OVER FLOWING AND THEY JUST PUSH IT BEHIND THE DUMPSTER....IF YOUR GOING TO PICK IT UP TO DO THAT YOU SHOULD HAUL IT OFF! THE ELECTRIC WAS EXTREMELY HIGH...(TXU)...ON THE 2ND FLOOR AND THEY WILL NOT ADJUST YOUR WATER HEATER SO IT BURNS THE HELL OUT OF YOU EVERY TIME YOU TURN IT ON. THE OFFICE STAFF WOULD NEVER COMMUNICATE WITH THE MAINTENANCE STAFF SO THEY WOULDN'T COME UNLESS YOU TOLD THEM DIRECTLY. I WANTED TO BREAK MY LEASE SOOOO MANY TIME, IT SUCKS HARD THERE! DO NOT RENT THERE!!!!!
