This is a nice complex overall. We had a leaky window for 7 out of the 9 mos we lived there but excluding that (and the mold that it caused that they just covered up) we loved the grounds, the prices, the parking is better than most complexes, etc. We have a dog and there are many places to walk her. The office staff has a bad turnover rate...it's hard to keep good with your tenants if the staff is always new or overworked, so the mgmt needs to get that under control asap. Stayed for 9 mos but we aren't renewing due to the moldy window and we need a bigger place that will not place nasty notes on our door due to our trash staying outside for 4 hours.
