Lived here for 2 years and my experiance sucks. Office staff/maintanance are not helpful, very snooty; basically are only in the office for a paycheck. They don't care if you pay your rent on time, don't give your neighbors any problems, pick up after yourself, ect. They don't care if your leaky window is letting in all the cold air from outside come in. My bedroom was colder inside than it was outside during January's freeze. Every time it rained, the water would soak my carpet and curtians. Mold started to grow on the wall and window sill, still management or maintenance would not take care of the problem. I asked them if they could at least move me to a different apartment. Sorry not going to happen. The electricity bill was much higher than it sould have been in the summer/winter months. But don't tell mangement, they won't care. They are suffering from "lack of oxygen" because their heads are constantly up their A**. Dog poop...expect to step in it. Trash compactors, take it to a landfill because their usually broken. Security gates, there should'nt be any because they are always broken. I agree with several of his points. I have lived there for 10 months, now live in California. The bedroom was really cold due to poor construction, windows leaked when there was a huge amount of rain. The electric bill was outrageously sky high. I didn't even live warm in the winter but bill was $200 which was maybe this place wasn't energy efficient. However, it is spacious apt for a fair price since I'm paying $1250 for small 2 bedroom here in Southern Calif.
