My husband and I ( as well as two sets of friends from the same complex) were very excited to move OUT. The apartments have trouble with the windows leaking and garbage tends to pile up outside of the dumpster. There were several car break-ins (including one of ours) and the complex failed to notify residents that break-ins were becoming more common until it got bad. The office staff is usually very rude and lazy (except for the assistant manager Maggie who was always helpful). The gym equipment was also in disrepair and "waiting to be fixed" for the first 6-7 months of our lease. We lived in the complex a fews years earlier when it was run by AMLI and loved it. Needless to say we were very disappointed when we returned and the complex was under new-much poorer-management. I would take my rent money elsewhere.

All the points above are true... except for the comment about management that we did not experience. But everything else is pretty much our same experience.
