Unfortunately, we are not able to make all residents happy. Some people are just unhappy all together and nothing any does, even bending over backward, will satisfy them. The particular resident who wrote the above comment resided at The Retreat for 3 months before purchasing a home. She was unhappy with the early lease termination fees and decided to slander us anywhere possible. We have a very resident-friendly policy on early lease termination compared with other management companies. We understand that there are life changes (ie: job transfers, house purchases, family status changes) that cause residents to have to terminate their contract early. Before you take the opinion of a disgruntled person, please drive through the community personally and see for yourself that this is a nice place to live.

TRY AND WAKE UP AT 5 IN THE MORNING AND HEARING HEAD BANGING MUSIC IN YOUR PILLOW IDIOT. IF YOU THINK TIS IS BETWEEN ME AND MY NEIGHBOOR THINK AGAIN. THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO BUT COMPLAIN. SHE IS MAKING MY LIFE MISERABLE AND THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO. I WOULD TRADE PLACES WITH ANY BODY ELSE, i AM IN HELL.
