Unresponsive to Maintenance Requests

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
After only a week I discoverd the bedroom window was improperly installed causing a major air/water leak. Water came in whenever it rained. During last years ice storm the inside of the window "iced" over. I notified the management multiple time by phone and letter and nothing was ever done to fix the problem
