The best on Wells Branch Parkway From: prettylilprincess141@hotmail.com Date posted: 3/31/2008 Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2008 3 responses   I have lived at Retreat for over a year, and in my opinion it is the best on Wells Branch. Theres 2 extremely nice pools, and friendly staff. I have only had a few minor problems. The people who live here all seem to be "some-what friendly". But then again, theres always a few people who are creepers, like any apartment complex. The manager, which doesnt work here any longer was very unfriendly. But according to other residents she is no longer employeed here, i was sitting in my apartment one day, and if i would not have had my door double locked, she would have came in without notice. i was very upset about this. But, the other staff has always been friendly and helpful. Rent is a little high for this part of town. Also, i feel like the lighting outside needs MAJOR repairs. i avoid walking my puppy late at night because the lighting outside is not always on.
