A Nice Place to Live! From: txbbwhotti Date posted: 4/3/2008 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2008   I actually do live in the complex and going on almost 2 years now and I have really enjoyed the apartments! They are spacious and beautiful. We are on the 1st floor and they recently put a small fenced yard with our patio which we really enjoy and so do our dogs. As far as the garbage, we had these problems at another complex. On the weekends, they'd be bursting with trash! My husband's work truck was broken into but there was a lot of cars that were broken into that night all along Wells Branch. This happened when we lived in a house before so crap happens. One of my complaints would be people not keeping their dogs on a leash and housing their dogs on the patio!! It's just pathetic!
