I would choose somewhere else to live

If you have bad credit this is probably a good place to stay if you are trying to rebuild your credit and want to live somewhere nice in the mean time. The minimum credit score to live here is 525 which is pretty dang low...and bad for that matter. I would not recommend this place for professional workers or people with good credit. You are better than that. The people who live here for the most part are scummy and low life and I think that it is due to the low credit minimum they have set. Unfortunately, I ran into bad credit last year so I could graduate college, I had to give up good pay so I can work less and finish....therefore my credit took a hit. So for me, it's a nice place to live - it is just the ghetto neighbors and bad management I have to deal with in exchange for living in a place with low standards. There are always screaming kids running around in the complex, sometimes really late into the evening or early in the morning on the weekends. The pool is over chlorinated, I guess so they don't have to clean it or upkeep it as much - it is very dirty much of the time. I have some wonderfully ghetto neighbors across the way who insist on driving their vehicle through the complex with their music and bass playing so loud that their freaking car rattles. I mean seriously...loud bass playing in your car went out of style in like 1995, wtf' Anyway, it is very inconsiderate of them for people trying to relax from a hard days work. The real whopper in this whole complaint is that the management staff provide the tenant with bad service. My biggest complaint is repairs. You ask them to fix something and they never come out to do it. When I signed my lease they told me there was something damaged in my apartment and that they would have someone out to fix it the following week. Well that week went by, and so did the week after that and so on and so on...3 months later they finally fixed it after SEVERAL phone calls to the office. I spoke to 3 different people over a course of 3 months and it did not get fixed until I spoke to the general manager. That is bull. I also called them within a couple of days of moving in to let them know my air conditioning was not cooling. They did not fix it until the outside temperature went over 90 degrees. They informed me that it was not a necessity, and that it was only an emergency if the temp outside went over 90. So I think I was without air for a month (it was early spring and still a little cool outside at time). Also I had bad electrical problems...it needed to be replaced and again - it was just repaired this month (I had been calling them on this problem since February). Anyway, they are slow to respond, that sucks. One last thing - the parking is a nightmare! sometimes I have to park down the hill near the entrance and I live in the middle of the complex. Now that my credit is being redeemed I plan on moving out as soon as my lease is up.

Who are you to judge the people who live here? I take offense to your statement....The people who live here for the most part are scummy and low life. All the things you are saying about the complex is simply part of living in an apartment. We've had a couple of A/C issues after hours and they have been extremely responsive. Why don't you pay the extra charge for a RESERVED covered parking space??

I also take offense, bad credit has nothing to do with ppl being scumbags there are plenty of scum bags who have high credit lines.

Yeah, it sounds like that first one came from the office staff, "thanks office staff for your unwanted 2 cents".
