WORST CONSTRUCTION IN TOWN

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
The "headquarters" is not representative as to how the "villages" were built - I hear my neighbors washers and dryers and them walking all the time. Screens fall off all the time, hear doors slamming all the time, people talking all the time, too much traffic.
Riata does not clean up dog poop - I don't have a dog but have to walk in it everyday.
A complex for younger crowd, who does not know any better, will not renew, management is not responsive, alot of new people all the time it's a revolving door.
Not what I expected, not what I was told it would be.
