I moved there from 9-2000 when it was way overpriced (very few vacancies so they were gauging people) and just moved out this month. Overall, it was a good experience but if you live close to Riata Trace Pkwy, it can get noisy at night if your windows are open. The gym is very good and probably why I moved here. The staff was always excellent although there were lots of turnover. Overall, Riata is nice but overpriced, and lack some key amenties such as covered parking and washer and dryers in the apartments.
