I lived at Greymoss at Riata for 2 years and never had any problems. I loved Riata, especially compared to other apartment complexes. We moved because we wanted something different but that turned out to be a mistake! We have really missed Riata since we left. Our lease is almost up on our new place and we have considered moving back to Riata, especially since the rent prices have come down considerably. We never had trouble with the staff, they were friendly whenever we needed to talk to them, which wasn't very often. We hardly ever had any maintenance issues, mainly just AC filter changes. Like someone else mentioned, they cleaned our carpets for us when we renewed. Someone also mentioned not getting their deposit back, but we didn't have any trouble with that. We took care of our apartment and cleaned when we left and got our full deposit back. The fitness center is awesome, no other apartment complex has one this big. Greymoss was a quiet complex for the most part, never really heard any loud parties. Overall I would definitely recommend Riata.
